Water Baptism

Water Baptism is an important step. It is an outward confession of an inward experience. (Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:9, 10; John 3:22, 23; Acts 8:36, 38). What does it symbolize? According to the Bible, water baptism symbolizes three things that happen to believers: (1) they die with Christ to their old self; (2) they rise with Christ to become a new creature; and (3) they are incorporated in their new life with a living community which looks for the coming of the Lord. We want to help you continue your journey in Christ. If you have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Savior or you have recommitted your life to Him today, please let us know by sending us a praise report.

For dates and details of the next water baptism ceremony, contact our office: 386-734-7777. If you have any more questions about your faith, please contact our church offices and a minister will be able to assist you.

Baby Dedication

Parents partnering with God as they raise their children

The Sanctuary believes children are a gift from God, and we are very excited that you are interested in child dedication.

Child dedication is a public commitment you make before God, your church, and your family. The dedication service provides you an opportunity to express publically your desire to lead and spiritually nurture your child in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, so your child will develop a desire to love God and love others.

For dates and details of the next child dedication ceremony, contact us at 386-734-7777.

Membership

Membership at The Sanctuary is not about adding your name to a roster; it’s about connecting with the people and the vision of the church.

We invite you to come to The Sanctuary several times to see and experience the difference our church can make in your life. Attend Growth Tract to become better acquainted with our purpose and vision.

Membership opportunities are offered on a quarterly basis.

Prayer Requests, Praise Reports

& Care Visits

Prayer Request

Prayer is having a conversation with God; it involves speaking and listening. We listen to God through his Word in Scripture but also as the Holy Spirit leads us as individuals. Praying is obedience. God commands us to pray for our own benefit (Philippians 4:6-7) and God commands us to be intercessors for others in prayer (1 Timothy 2:1).

At The Sanctuary, we believe in the power of prayer to change our hearts as we pray in obedience and we believe in the power of prayer to change the lives of others as we pray on their behalf.

Do you need prayer? Prayer requests are shared with our prayer team each week. Please complete the form below:

Praise Report

Has God done something in your life that you’d like to share? We’d love to hear about it!

“He is the one you praise; he is your God, who performed for you those great and awesome wonders you saw with your own eyes.” – Deuteronomy 10:21

Please complete the form below. Praise reports may be shared in sermon, video or on our website.

Care Visit

Life is better when lived together. It is very difficult to walk this road alone. At The Sanctuary, we want to bridge the gap. We want to ensure that those who attend the church are connected and can get prayer, help or support when they need it. We are intentional about staying in contact with you and your family. It is our way of saying the community is important and we want to make sure you are well taken care of. God has called us to walk this life together.
